About Modum Health
As we age, we naturally lose muscle. This loss of muscle, termed, sarcopenia, affects a very large percentage of the adult population world-wide. When not addressed, sarcopenia has detrimental effects to health, acting as a strong independent risk factor for death.
The Modum platform is designed to quantifiably improve the user’s muscle health. Our team has been working with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, muscle physiologists, and data scientists to develop a platform that helps users improve their muscle health with timely in-app feedback.
